Abstract:

A routing method is presented for lake and tidal canal interconnected drainage system in coastal urban areas. Combing reservoir routing, channel routing, and discharge computation of the control structures, the model predicts water levels in the lake and the canal, and estimates the required lake capacity for stormwater management purpose.
