Abstract:

Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) is providing Construction Management services on the Sikes Superfund site. The project involves constructing an incinerator on-site and incinerating over 300,000 tons (305,000 tons) of waste material over a 5-6 year period. This paper discusses the Construction Management aspects of this complex project.
