Abstract:

Through-diffusion experiments were performed for the sorbing and nonsorbing species in granites. Determining methods of diffusivities were discussed according to sorption properties of species. For the nonsorbing species, steady-state diffusion model was effective to determine the diffusivity. For the sorbing species, unsteady-state diffusion model was introduced and the effective diffusivities was determined.
