by Hugh Ellis, Johns Hopkins Univ, Baltimore, United States,

Document Type: Proceeding Paper

Part of: Energy in the 90's

Abstract:

A series of related optimization formulations are presented for developing and analyzing acid rain control strategies. These models span a wide array of approaches and reflect a similarly broad array of policy objectives. The intent here is to reaffirm the need for pursuing a multiplicity of approaches in developing abatement strategies.
