Abstract: A 1:4 scale model was used to design the make-up water intake structure for Burrillville Combined-Cycle Power Plant, Ocean State Power Project. The objective of the study was to assure even distribution of flow into individual pump bays and to satisfy a limit of 0.5 ft/sec velocity approaching the traveling screens.
