Abstract:

California Department of Water Resources (DWR) is evaluating the feasibility of incorporating a conjunctive use program into the State Water Project (SWP) to augment its delivery capability and reliability. This paper presents some of the conjunctive use techniques under consideration by the DWR. Also a brief analysis of the results of planning operation studies under two options of conjunctive use program is presented.
