Abstract:

There could be no better time than now for the development and implementation of new technologies such as V.L.S.I. and optoeraseable storage. Creative inventions from new mathematical concepts to the CRAY-XMP GaAs (sub-100-picosecond) processor are continuing to revolutionize our perception of the universe. New technology could be applied to the space exploration movement in ways only dreamed about previously. It can boost advancements in the next generation of unmanned space probes as well as encourage growth of the space exploration program.
