Abstract:

This proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Structural Safety and Reliability (ICOSSAR '89) held on August 7-11, 1989 in San Francisco, California contains almost 340 papers representing the works of authors from 30 countries. These papers cover a wide range of development in structural safety and reliability that concern all types of structures from space structures to land-based facilities and ocean/offshore systems.
