Abstract:

The purpose of this discussion paper is to review current Corps of Engineers policy in relation to a possible significant increase in general sea level. A significant relative sea level rise would create very serious long-term damages to both natural resources and the works of man. The paper discusses possible impacts, Corps of Engineers policies, and other aspects of the subject.
