Abstract:

The Corps of Engineers is very active in the training of its employees and the results of training are the growth and professionalism of the employees. Supervisors must always develop their employees to their full potential. It should be the aim of all supervisors to make full use of the training resources for their most important resource, the employee. The Corps of Engineers has made a great commitment to in-house training of the employee and the results are evident in the dynamic work force.
