Document Type: Proceeding Paper

Part of: Sedimentation Consolidation Models—Predictions and Validation

Abstract: This paper reports a series of selfweight consolidation tests and their analysis by Mikasa's consolidation theory. The tests covered a coastal reclamation project and the initial consistency of soft clay was chosen to make a soil structure that would not allow any particle segregation.
