Abstract: A solution is presented to find the deflection of a circular plate supported by columns subjected to eccentric concentrated loads. Analysis shows that deflection is the sum of the deflection for a circular plate simply supported on the boundary under eccentric concentrated load and for a circular plate supported by columns on its boundary under shearing force.
