A rational procedure for analyzing the pile foundations of three-dimensional offshore structures and other batter-pile foundations is developed. This procedure provides compatibility between pile deflections and reactions as well as complete structural equilibrium. Equations have been formulated as matrices to facilitate orderly numerical solutions on a digital computer. An example problem is presented.
