Highway adjustment and access should be closely coordinated with reservoir planning and development at all states to insure that the various highway requirements are adequately and economically met and are compatible with the overall project development. Policies and procedures with respect to Federal projects are well established. Various methods can be used to accomplish the required highway construction.
