New techniques for better using a network analysis schedule is examined. CPM, which formerly signified critical path method, has been expanded to mean complete project management. The new management tools now available include a cost status report, a cash flow report, and a resource analysis report. The contractor is also able to keep his project current by periodic monitor revisions. Complete project management is economically effective for use in light construction.
