Abstract: Most times the construction industry does not get what it wants from the colleges and henceforth is obliged to do something in order to fill the gap of what they get from the colleges and what they desire for their practice. This one organization has established its own four year training program, to take a college graduate, put him through this and evolve with a young construction executive. This is one method of arriving at properly trained personnel for this field.
