Rigid Frame Analysis with the Aid of Digital Computersby E. Czerniak,
Serial Information: Journal of the Structural Division, 1958, Vol. 84, Issue 3, Pg. 1-31
Document Type: Journal Paper
How complicated statically indeterminate structures may be analyzed through existing mathematical routines and basic engineering functional relationships; examples given include multibay gabled bent and lean-to frames with tapered girders; results are obtained simultaneously for loading conditions, including effects of foundation settlement, shrinkage, temperature changes and special features of framing.
