Abstract: The main object of the paper is to describe the development, layout and construction of the Ceannacroc and Glenmoriston underground power stations in Inverness-shire which form part of the Moriston Scheme of the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board. Certain features of the headworks are of special interest and these are dealt with briefly.
