Document Type: Journal Paper

Abstract: Problem of buckling of steel plates compressed beyond yield strain; in strain hardening range material is considered to be homogeneous; because of yielding process material cannot be expected to remain isotropic; general expressions for buckling strength derived assuming material to have become orthogonally anisotropic.
