Abstract: Estimates for years 2000 and 2050 made on premise that population of United States will continue to grow following theoretical growth patterns and that already saturated portions of nation will cause migration to less populous areas; these estimates should be used only as guide to future development provided Oklahoma's water resources can be developed to fullest.
