Abstract: Siphon spillway, having throat dimension 9.0×35.6 ft was designed and piezometrically tested; discharge coefficient, efficiency, primary behavior and other data given; it maintains constant forebay level at Portland General Electric Co Sullivan plant regardless of ordinary floods and load variations.
