Abstract: CPM activities, when properly integrated with cost control information, provide important construction management information. This integration provides traditional schedule and cost reports as well as accurate cost forecasts, time-cost tradeoff information, and the ability to forecast cash flow individual projects. It allows segregation of costs related to an expedited schedule or impact costs due to change order for future analysis.
