Abstract: The ASCE Zonal Management Conferences are well organized two-day conferences conducted annually in each of the four ASCE Zones for purposes of advising section and branch officers to develop their management skills and to advise of program ideas and methods of implementation for various size local units. The grass roots leaders are the primary participants although district directors and national officers are invited to participate. The President, President-Elect, and the Executive Director, are available to answer questions pertaining to ASCE policies, procedures, organization, and finances. Local and national programs are highlighted.
