The history and current organization of the joint venture—serving serving as the general engineering consultant to the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority—are are briefly reviewed. Design and construction management on this large project are summarized. Selected aspects of cost and schedule control, equal employment opportunity programs, and wrap-up insurance are also presented.
