A finite layer element analysis of stresses and displacements resulting from nonlinear temperature gradients in continuous skew slab-girder bridges is developed. A computing technique, capable of evaluating the lengthy integrals involved in the derivation of stiffness matrix is presented. Examples are given to study the influence of skew on the stresses and displacements.
