Abstract: This note has outlined a technique of presenting low flow data which is applicable in situations where duration of flow below a critical threshold is an important parameter. Many aspects of this technique remain to be explored, such as using a partial series and applying a probability distribution to extreme value runs. However, even in its simplest form as presented here, it may prove meaningful to water resource planners.
